Cast Iron Insurance was founded in 2016 with a simple belief: insurance should be built on advice, not transactions. Too often, insurance is treated like a commodity where the goal is simply selling a policy. Our approach is different. We believe in helping clients understand their risks and building the right protection around them, even if that sometimes means recommending solutions beyond our own agency.

Based in Northern Kentucky, our roots run deep in the local community. Glen Bailey has lived within a 20-mile radius his entire life and has spent decades building relationships with local families and business owners. That local perspective matters because good insurance advice comes from understanding how people actually live and work.
